AdminLogix

Accept an invitation or activate your account

Activate the organization access assigned to you by accepting the invitation with the correct verified account.

Who this is for: Recipients of an organization invitation or account-activation email.

Help when this task is blocked

Before you start

An email link is not organization access by itself. Acceptance checks your verified email, current invitation and sender authority. Existing accounts retain their username.

Create a new account only through your invitation. If you already use AdminLogix, choose Sign in and reuse that account. Creating credentials alone does not accept the invitation or grant organization access.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation or activation email link.
  2. Choose Sign in for an existing account, or Create an account for your first account. Use the invited email and complete verification.
  3. Review the organization, assigned username and role. Where the original first-Owner invitation offers a name field, check the organization name.
  4. Choose Accept invitation or Activate account, according to the form shown.

Expected result

Your verified acceptance activates the assigned organization access and opens the workspace.

If you cannot finish

My invitation expired or was canceled

For a canceled or expired invitation, ask the sender for a replacement. Invitations expire after 30 days.

I am signed in with the wrong account

If the email or existing username does not match, contact the sender. Use Sign out to change accounts.

My invitation email has not arrived

If delivery is unconfirmed, the sender should use Check delivery before replacing the invitation.

Why is Create an account unavailable?

If Create an account is unavailable, reopen the original invitation email link. A copied page address alone cannot start account creation. Ask the sender for a replacement if the original link is missing or no longer works. Existing users can still choose Sign in.

Example: understand this in practice

Jordan receives a fictional organization’s invitation at one email address. Jordan uses that invited address rather than a different signed-in account.

Names and situations are fictional.
