Create a member concern
Record a factual concern and review any separately consequential outcome before saving.
Who this is for: Owners and Admins creating concerns; Helpers use Submit concern in their workspace.

Before you start
Owners/Admins manage concerns. Suspended, Banned and operational Denied Entry outcomes require explicit review and confirmation.
All organization Owners and Admins can read concerns; do not treat one as author-private.
Steps
- Open the member’s concern action, or open Member concerns and start a new concern.
- Confirm the member. Enter Factual summary and any needed Additional factual note.
- Choose the concern status and outcome. Add an event link only when relevant.
- Read any operational consequence confirmation, then choose Create concern.
Expected result
The concern is recorded and you return to its member or originating concern list.

Attachments are unavailable. A completed-event link does not authorize changing that event.
