The package includes concern content and history. Store it securely according to your organization’s rules.
Steps
- As an Owner, open Export organization data from Home or More.
- Read the package scope and current availability.
- Choose Download Owner exit package.
- Confirm the file arrived and store it securely according to your organization’s rules.
Expected result
You receive the organization’s permitted records, including concern content and history.
If you cannot finish
The organization is still Active
Active organizations can export without requesting closure.
The archive deadline is approaching
During Inactive, export before the displayed archive deadline. New exports are denied after that deadline.
The audit says export started but no file arrived
An export-start audit is not proof that a file arrived.
Example: understand this in practice
Maya, the fictional organization’s Owner, downloads the exit package while the organization is Active. The export does not require closure and is not a backup or restoration setup.
