Steps
- Open the event’s participant workflow.
- If recommendations are enabled, generate and review the proposed attendees, capacity, groups, Helper places and target shortfalls. Your latest exact proposal is saved for this account; you may open a member and return or refresh while its inputs stay current. Otherwise use the direct-participant workflow.
- For a recommended selection, check I confirm this selection is ready to finalize.
- Choose Finalize selection and review the saved participants.
Expected result
Finalized participants are saved and random regeneration ends for the event.
If you cannot finish
Targets cannot be met
Targets never override eligibility or hard constraints.
The review is out of date
If the saved proposal is out of date, generate again using current inputs before confirming. Refreshing or returning to the workspace never generates a new draw.
Recommendations are off
Turning recommendations off does not permit Suspended or Banned members.
