Import a Vetting attendee list
Preview and import the attendee list for an Open Vetting event.

Before you start
Owners and Admins importing Vetting attendees. Check the organization before making changes.
Import does not make prospective attendees members. Review outcomes and completion separately.
Steps
- Open the Open Vetting event and its attendee import action.
- Choose a UTF-8 CSV using CSV file.
- Review valid/excluded rows and ignored columns; correct the source file if needed.
- Choose Import Valid Rows, then review the import result and return to the Vetting list.
Expected result
Valid attendees are available for Vetting check-in.
If you cannot finish
The import schema is wrong
Vetting import uses its displayed schema, not the regular RSVP or general member schema.
The attendee is not yet a member
Import does not make prospective attendees members. Review outcomes and completion separately.
Example: understand this in practice
Priya is imported as a prospective attendee for a fictional Vetting event. Importing alone does not make Priya an Active member.
