Invite users and manage organization roles
Invite an organizer or review their organization access while preserving an active Owner.
Who this is for: Owners managing organization users and roles.
Help when this task is blocked
Before you start
Owner only. A member Helper flag does not grant Helper account access. Platform authority alone does not grant organization access.
Steps
- As an Owner, open Users & Roles from More, then Manage organization users.
- Choose Existing member to search this organization’s members, or Someone new for an organizer without a member link.
- Enter the invited email, assigned username and role. Review the prepared invitation and confirm sending.
- For an existing organization user, review their role/access controls and confirm the intended change.
- Check pending invitation status. Use Check delivery for unconfirmed delivery before canceling and replacing.
Expected result
An invitation is pending until verified acceptance. Existing-user changes preserve historical attribution.
If you cannot finish
I cannot search all accounts
You cannot search all AdminLogix accounts or members.
The existing username is different
An existing account retains its assigned username.
The last Owner cannot be removed
At least one active Owner must remain. Reload if another organizer changed the roles.
Example: understand this in practice
Maya invites Jordan with the Helper account role. The invitation is pending until Jordan accepts it with the verified invited account.
