Set up or restore payment methods
Maintain the methods operators can choose when recording money received outside AdminLogix.

Before you start
Owners and Admins managing payment methods. Check the organization before making changes.
Steps
- Open Settings → Payment methods. On a phone, Settings is under More.
- Add or rename a method to match how money is received outside the app.
- Use Remove to hide a method from new payments.
- To reuse one, expand Removed methods and choose Restore.
Expected result
Active methods become available for new payments; past payments retain their history.
If you cannot finish
I cannot manage methods
Owner/Admin only. Free events do not need payment methods.
There are no active methods
If a roster has no active methods, add or restore one before paid check-in.
