Import or manage event RSVPs
Add, import or remove RSVPs before participant finalization without creating new members through RSVP import.

Before you start
Owners and Admins managing regular-event RSVPs. Check the organization before making changes.
Steps
- Open the regular event’s RSVPs and import screen.
- For a CSV, select the file and review New RSVPs, Existing RSVPs and RSVPs to restore, plus errors and ignored columns. Choose Import Valid Rows or Cancel.
- For manual addition, search the Active-member picker, select the people and choose Add selected members, or use the plus icon for one person.
- To remove saved RSVPs before finalization, use the minus icon or select rows and choose Remove selected.
- Review the resulting Saved RSVPs.
Expected result
Valid RSVP changes are saved while unmatched nicknames remain unmatched.
If you cannot finish
Import did not create a member
RSVP import does not create members. People absent from the file remain unchanged.
The member cannot be added
Manual additions are Going. Restricted members cannot be selected.
The participant list is already finalized
After finalization use the participant workflow; RSVP removal is unavailable.
Example: understand this in practice
Jordan’s nickname in a fictional RSVP CSV does not match a member. Maya corrects the match separately; importing the RSVP does not create Jordan as a member.
