AdminLogix Terms of Service
Effective date: October 2, 2026 Service operator: Marc Gahie, operating personally in Minnesota, USA
Service contact: marc.gahie@gmail.com
Agreement and authority
These terms govern the authorized use of AdminLogix. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization within the permissions assigned to you. A separate signed agreement may set additional terms; any intended priority between that agreement and these terms must be stated in that agreement.
AdminLogix is initially offered for use in the United States and is operated by Marc Gahie personally.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AdminLogix. Organizations must not enter, import or upload information about anyone under 18. Adult content remains prohibited even though the service is restricted to adult users.
The service may require an explicit age confirmation and acceptance of the current policy version before application access. An age confirmation is not independent proof of age. Publishing these terms alone does not record a person's acceptance.
What AdminLogix provides
AdminLogix provides tools for organization member records, events, participation, administrative workflows, reports and related history. Available features and access depend on the organization's configuration and the user's permissions. A record or workflow result does not establish a person's safety, suitability or legal eligibility, and does not replace the organization's judgment or obligations.
Payment features record payment-related activity. The inspected service does not itself charge payment cards, transfer funds or carry out a refund. Recording a payment or refund in AdminLogix does not make the corresponding financial transaction occur.
Accounts and authorized access
Use your own authorized account, protect its credentials and keep account information accurate. Do not share recovery keys or impersonate another user. An organization must assign access appropriately and remove access when it is no longer justified. Report suspected account compromise to the service contact promptly.
A sign-in account and access to an organization are separate. Having a Google or Clerk account does not itself grant access to organization records. Removing access does not automatically delete records created while the person was authorized.
Organization information and decisions
Organizations retain their rights in information they provide, subject to the rights of the people the information concerns. They grant the operator permission to host, process, display, export and back up that information only as needed to provide, secure and support the service under the applicable agreement and privacy policy.
Organizations are responsible for lawful collection and use, appropriate notices and permissions, accuracy of imported information, and authorized use of notes, concerns, vetting, restrictions, selections and reports. Enter only information needed for the organization's legitimate activities. Do not enter or upload information about anyone under 18. Follow the data limits in the Acceptable use section.
Review important decisions and reports before relying on them. Protect exported files and limit sharing to appropriate recipients. Report suspected errors through the supported correction process; do not circumvent history or audit protections.
Acceptable use
Adult content is not permitted.
Necessary account and member information may be recorded for authorized AdminLogix workflows. Limit names, profile links, notes and other personal information to what is needed for the organization's activities. Do not enter or upload Social Security numbers, copies of identity documents, full payment-card information, bank-login credentials, passwords or private recovery keys. This restriction concerns information entered into organization records and uploads; it does not prevent use of the configured authentication provider to sign in.
Do not attempt to access another organization's information, evade permissions, test or exploit security weaknesses without authorization, interfere with availability, upload malicious content, misrepresent another person's identity, or use the service in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
The service is not an emergency-response system. Organizations must maintain appropriate channels for urgent safety matters and must not rely on application support as an emergency service.
Privacy, service providers and Google connections
The Privacy Policy is provided at AdminLogix Privacy Policy and describes how information is handled. Organizations remain responsible for their own notices and obligations toward their members.
The service depends on providers for authentication, hosting, databases and other supporting functions. Provider outages, account restrictions or authorization changes can affect availability. Google Drive backup permission is separately approved by the backup operator; ordinary application users are not required to provide Drive access for that purpose.
Availability, support and recovery
We will operate the service with reasonable care, subject to any more specific obligations agreed in writing. Maintenance, updates and incidents may interrupt access. Support is available by email at marc.gahie@gmail.com on a best-effort basis, without a guaranteed response time. Planned maintenance notices may be provided through the service or to the affected account/organization contact when practicable; urgent security work or an outage can occur without advance notice. These terms do not promise uninterrupted service, continuous monitoring or a 24/7 response.
Backup, restore and recovery arrangements must match the approved operating plan and any written service commitment. These terms do not promise a running backup schedule, zero data loss or a guaranteed recovery time. A verified historical backup is not a guarantee of future recoverability. Organizations should follow the agreed continuity and export procedures.
Fees
AdminLogix is currently free to use. Marc Gahie may decide to introduce fees in the future; the current free offering is not a promise that the service will remain free permanently.
Any fees, start date and applicable billing and cancellation terms will be communicated before they take effect. No charge is authorized by these terms. A future paid offering will require separately presented pricing and the applicable customer agreement; no payment collection is activated by this policy.
Suspension, closure and termination
Access may be restricted when authorization ends or when reasonably necessary to address a material security threat, unlawful use or a material breach of the applicable agreement. Where appropriate and safe, the operator will explain the restriction and provide a way to raise a concern. You can contact marc.gahie@gmail.com to ask about a restriction or request review. A review request does not itself restore access or pause an organization's closure schedule.
Organization closure, account departure, archive, reactivation and deletion are distinct actions. Their effects and retention periods must be explained in the approved operating policy and Privacy Policy. Closing an organization does not promise immediate deletion of every historical, audit or backup record. Conversely, a preservation requirement does not authorize indefinite retention without a justified basis. Provide the agreed opportunity for authorized export where applicable before access ends.
Intellectual property
The operator and its licensors retain their rights in the AdminLogix software and service materials. Authorized use does not transfer ownership of the software. This does not change an organization's or an individual's rights in their own information.
Responsibility, disputes and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for obligations that applicable law or its agreement places on it. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contact the service operator first to raise a service or contractual concern. This does not limit any right to contact a regulator, obtain advice or use a remedy available under applicable law.
Changes
Material changes will be communicated with the notice and acceptance required by the applicable agreement and law. Notices may be provided through the service or to the affected account/organization contact. Required notice or acceptance will not be replaced merely by editing this page.
